EQUIPMENT I USE
I enjoy using a variety of equipment for our workouts. Change is good and keeps workouts interesting and challenging. If you are newer to training, begin with a few sets of dumbbells, resistance tubes with handles, loop bands and gliding discs. These options are inexpensive and easy to store. As you progress, add to your toolbox. Remember, you can substitute equipment and modify workouts. The important part is consistency!
